Jr. Sailing
Little Skippers
Little Skippers is our half-day program for young children who may not enjoy a full day of sailing. This program runs from 9:00 – 12:00, at the Harlem Yacht Club in City Island. Students will learn the basics of sailing while having a great time with their friends. If desired, parents can choose to switch their children to a full-day program. Our goal is to pass on the love of sailing to a new generation.

Safety
We provide all safety equipment for sailing, including a USCG-certified Type III life jacket and an emergency whistle. Sailing can be dangerous due to the nature of being on the water. Our instructors are trained to teach and protect children; everyone holds a US Sailing Small Boat Level 1 instructor certification. Furthermore, all instructors are certified in CPR and first aid. On average, our instructors have four years of coaching experience and ten years of sailing expierence.
